Contract to start ASAP until 24-04-26 with a possible extension.

Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day construction and highways maintenance activities

Manage site documentation, resources, and contractor liaison

Lead Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) meetings

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Line manage operatives and support their development

Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota

Essential Requirements:

Experience across multiple trades in property maintenance

SMSTS, CSCS Managers Card, First Aid at Work, CITB MAP H&S Test

Strong leadership and communication skills

Enhanced DBS (Childrens Barred List) required

Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel in North Yorkshire
