HR Project Officer
We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Project Officer to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of a wide range of HR and workforce-related projects. Working closely with colleagues across the HR team and wider organisation, you will help deliver projects that support workforce strategy, service improvement, and employee engagement.
The role involves developing and maintaining project plans, coordinating activity across multiple stakeholders, monitoring progress against milestones, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within agreed scope. You will contribute to initiatives such as HR policy development, workforce research, employee engagement programmes, and digital or service improvement projects.
You will also analyse people-related data, prepare reports and recommendations for senior stakeholders, identify risks and issues, and support effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
