Contract to start ASAP until 20-01-26 with a possible extension.

Responsibilities

To process all customer incoming enquiries whether by phone, written communicationm(electronic or letter) or in person in a timely and efficient manner.

To validate Local Land Charges enquiries and accurately log and register new search requests.

To maintain and update the Local Land Charges Statutory Register in accordance with existing, amended or new legislation for registering, deletion or amendments of all Registrations on the Land Charges Register.

To undertake Official Searches of the Statutory Register and enquiry functions using the Local Land Charges and GIS systems.

To liaise with other services to ensure prompt completion, verification, collation and despatch of searches.

To ensure that correct payments are received, receipted, banked and logged in respect of all searches processed ensuring strict compliance with the Councils financial procedures.

To prepare, maintain and reconcile daily, weekly and monthly all fee income and searches received.

To support the Senior Land Charges and Property Analyst in the provision of statistical information and management information reports.
