Job Description:

Contract to start ASAP until 10-05-26 with a possible extension.

Responsibilities:

Working alongside the Digital Production Manager, plan and update content work and support content owners with guidance

Monitor the performance of the website against targets and take proactive corrective actions to ensure standards are met.

Raise and report on any bugs in a timely manner ensuring minimal impact to the online customer experience.

Act as a knowledge base for website applications such as the Drupal Content

Management System (CMS) and any other channel maintenance and reporting tools in use.

Work with third party suppliers to ensure a smooth running of the website.

Be responsible for assisting, supporting content owners on web related subjects and systems.

Maintain the look and feel of the website in accordance with corporate style guidelines and best practice

Contribute to digital projects as directed by the Digital Production Manager.

Provide input into business cases, reporting documents, project planning and risks and issues log as required.
