Job Purpose

To carry out high-quality joinery and carpentry work across Derby Homes Limiteds housing and commercial properties, ensuring all repairs, installations, and maintenance are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Responsibilities

Undertake a wide range of joinery and carpentry works, including repairs, installations, and refurbishments.

Install and repair doors, windows, frames, kitchens, flooring, staircases, and fitted furniture.

Carry out first and second fix carpentry works.

Maintain and repair internal and external woodwork.

Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Diagnose faults and determine appropriate repair solutions.

Use tools, equipment, and materials safely and correctly.

Complete job records, reports, and documentation accurately.

Provide excellent customer service to tenants and stakeholders.

Full UK driving licence
