We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Lift & Electrical Engineer to join a busy Engineering & Compliance team delivering planned maintenance, compliance, and M&E projects.

The successful candidate will have strong experience managing lift and electrical compliance contracts, contractors, and planned works programmes within housing, property, or maintenance environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage lift and electrical compliance contracts
• Oversee contractors, consultants, and service providers
• Deliver M&E projects and planned works programmes
• Carry out inspections, audits, and quality checks
• Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance
• Manage project budgets, reports, and documentation
• Provide technical support to residents and stakeholders

Essential Experience

• Strong experience in Lift & Electrical Compliance
• Experience managing M&E projects and contractors
• Knowledge of building services and compliance regulations
• Experience carrying out technical inspections
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

Qualifications

• Relevant Lift or Electrical qualification
• LEIA, VRQ, Engineering Maintenance, or equivalent preferred

Additional Requirements

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Enhanced DBS required
• Hybrid working with occasional evening meetings if required
