Job Purpose
The Training Coordinator will plan, deliver and evaluate a range of learning and training opportunities for Working Denbighshire participants aged 16+. The role supports the delivery of qualifications and outcomes in line with ambitious service targets.
Working within the Employer and Training Team, you will build strong partnerships to identify skills needs, develop and coordinate training programmes, and support participants into employment, education and career pathways.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify training needs and design, coordinate and deliver in-house and outsourced training programmes
- Support participant development and progression into employment or further learning
- Develop knowledge of available courses, funding streams and education pathways
- Work with employers, training providers and partners to address skills gaps and increase enrolment
- Promote and represent the Working Denbighshire service internally and with external partners
