Job Purpose

To carry out high-quality plumbing maintenance, repairs, and installation work across Derby Homes residential and communal properties, ensuring homes are safe, compliant, and well maintained in line with regulatory and customer service standards.

Responsibilities

Undertake reactive, planned, and emergency plumbing repairs in domestic properties.

Install, maintain, and repair water supply, drainage, heating, and sanitation systems.

Repair and replace taps, toilets, sinks, baths, showers, pipework, and cylinders.

Diagnose and resolve plumbing faults efficiently and safely.

Carry out bathroom and kitchen plumbing installations and refurbishments.

Respond promptly to customer repair requests and emergencies.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Maintain accurate records of work completed using mobile/IT systems.

Provide excellent customer service to tenants and residents at all times.

Work collaboratively with other trade operatives and supervisors.

Report structural defects, damp, leaks, or safety risks.

Full UK Driving Licence.
