Job Description:

Contract to start ASAP until 31-12-26 with a possible extension.

Responsibilities:

Support inspection preparation activity as required by the Director and Head of Service.

Prepare comprehensive reports on quality assurance activities, improvement initiatives, and participation outcomes.

Lead the collaborative audit, audit and dip sample activity of the service areas.

Identify areas for improvement and lead initiatives to enhance service delivery and outcomes for children and families.

Support the Head of Service to ensure that services comply with regulatory standards and best practices, addressing any issues of non-compliance.

Promote and facilitate the active participation of children, young people, and families in service planning, delivery, and evaluation.

Contribute to the Practice Education program, providing support to Service Manager, Social
Work Academy.

Work collaboratively with service providers, community organisations, and other stakeholders to promote best practices and share knowledge.

Provide training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Contribute to the development and revision of policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Attend Regional quality assurance forums and contribute to their workplans.
