You will help maintain streets and green spaces to a high standard, promote environmentally sustainable practices, support recycling and waste reduction, and contribute to the creation of pollinator-friendly habitats. The role is part of a flexible, multi-skilled workforce committed to delivering high-quality, cost-effective services and continuous personal development.

Key Duties

• Grass cutting and general grounds maintenance
• Maintenance of shrub beds, hedges, annual bedding, and landscaped areas
• Arboriculture and open space landscaping work
• Litter picking, emptying litter bins, and sweeping hard surfaces
• Removal of graffiti and cleaning, repairing, and painting street furniture
• Weed control (including herbicide application where trained)
• Power washing of hard surfaces and monuments
• Operation and daily safety checks of vehicles, plant, and machinery
• Compliance with Health & Safety legislation and Equal Opportunities policies
