Job Purpose

The Multi Trade Plumber is responsible for delivering high-quality plumbing and multi-skilled maintenance services across the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelseas housing and public property portfolio.

The role ensures that properties are safe, compliant, and maintained to a high standard, contributing to resident satisfaction and service efficiency.

Responsibilities

Carry out plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations in domestic and commercial properties.

Undertake multi-trade works including basic carpentry, tiling, plastering, and decorating.

Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and safely.

Respond to routine, urgent, and emergency maintenance requests.

Ensure all works comply with health and safety regulations and building standards.

Maintain accurate records of completed work using mobile or digital systems.

Provide excellent customer service to residents and stakeholders.

C&G qualified or NVQ 2

Electrically competent v- ( showers immersions etc )

Driving licence (clean )

PDA Experience
