The role
To own and manage the customer relationship meeting individual and community needs.
To provide innovative mixed tenure landlord services within a patch.
To ensure Triathlon Homes delivers excellent tenancy management and leads in
customer excellence.
Work proactively with customers to ensure efficient tenancy and leasehold management including letting empty homes, income maximisation and arrears management and understanding service charges.
Take ownership of the patch and quickly resolve customer's concerns managing expectations as appropriate.
Deliver continuous improvements to
services, managing change effectively.
Resolve anti-social behaviour and manage casework, ensure customers' homes are safe in relation to fire safety, undertake estate inspections and deliver agreed actions
