Job Purpose

This Business Analyst role will work to the Adults Project Manager on some high-profile Transformation projects, including the redesign of the Adults 'Front Door'.

The Business Analyst will be expected to lead on facilitating workshops, capturing customer journeys, mapping To Be pathways with ASC services, including Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, Reablement, Safeguarding and 65+.

The successful candidate will have in depth experience of working as a Business Analyst in Adult Social Care and will have the ability to lead and facilitate a range of professionals.
