Job Description:

Contract to start ASAP

Duration: 24 weeks with a possible extension.

Responsibilities

Provide administrational support to the management, acquisition and disposal of council Land and Property - including maintaining and monitoring electronic records and plans.

Manage responses to property enquiries, such as ownership, maintenance responsibilities and boundaries from the public, Stakeholders, and other organisations.

Manage and administrate Statutory property work, such as Leasehold enfranchisement, Right to Buy – ensuring that all statutory deadlines are met, due diligence is undertaken, and plans are drafted to a Land Registry compliant Standard.

Production, and distribution of management information reporting and dashboards - reporting performance and outputs against key performance indicators.

To provide finance administrative support to the property team including raising purchase orders on the SAP system.

Produce and annotate Land Registry compliant plans to support Statutory Property transactions and other property functions.

Be responsible for organising training for new team members and any ad hoc training requests in conjunction with Property work where required
