Job Description:

Contract to start ASAP

Duration: 12 weeks with a possible extension.

Job Purpose:

To provide high quality business support services to the Integrated teams across the county.

Working with our Social Care and Health Teams, supporting them with all systems and processes in order to ensure the smooth running of our service.

We are an approachable, friendly and hard working team.

We ensure all administration and business support services are delivered accurately and on time and we are always looking to improve these systems.

We are experts in everything admin related, we are always happy to share our knowledge and support front line teams who work with residents across our communities.

Responsibilities

Support colleagues to work effectively using corporate or service-specific digital systems

Being an expert in the systems and process of the current case management system.

Carry out day to day routines within the current case management system.

Support colleagues to create record and plans in the relevant systems. .

Responsible for following all system routines and procedures e.g ending a care and support plans.

Responsible for systems administration e.g. adding a new user, removing duplicates, trouble-shooting, adding police notifications, etc.

Entering all general correspondence in the case recording system.

Responsible for validating data in the relevant system.

Support the service in the design and development of any new systems being implemented.

Ability to carry out general problem solving and provide system support to all teams.
