Job Description:

Contract to start ASAP

Duration: 26 weeks with a possible extension.

Responsibilities

Undertake psychological assessments of children and young people as part of statutory SEN processes.

Provide clear, evidence-based psychological advice to inform Education, Health and Care Needs Assessments (EHCNAs).

Assess and identify strengths, needs, outcomes, and appropriate provision recommendations.

Conduct visits to schools, educational settings, and family homes across Redbridge.

Maintain accurate records and written documentation in accordance with service procedures and confidentiality requirements.

Work collaboratively with the SEND Team, families, schools, and wider professionals.

Ensure all reports and advice meet Redbridge quality expectations and statutory deadlines.

Contribute to inclusive, child-centred practice that supports positive outcomes for children and young people.
