Key Responsibilities

  • Provide people data, insight, research, and best-practice guidance to support evidence-based decision making
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with managers, senior leaders, Trade Unions, staff networks, and key stakeholders
  • Support the design and delivery of people and inclusion projects across services
  • Coach and support managers through training, workshops, and day-to-day advice
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of people policies, procedures, and guidance
  • Act on behalf of the People Relationship Lead when required

About You

  • Strong working knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice
  • CIPD qualified or equivalent professional HR experience
  • Committed to inclusive, relational, and restorative approaches
  • Confident communicator with strong influencing and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical, solution-focused, and comfortable working in a complex environment
  • Able to work collaboratively across teams and organisational boundaries

Additional Information

  • Hybrid working, with an expectation of working on average two days per week in Camden

This is an opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking People and Inclusion division, supporting a culture built on trust, empathy, learning, and collaboration.
