Procurement Officer Administrator
Job Description:
Contract to start ASAP
Duration: 12 weeks with a possible extension.
Job Purpose
The role will focus on generating and maintaining records in multiple systems, updating documents, and providing general administrative assistance to the procurement team supporting contract management.
You will be required to collect information requested by colleagues to support their work on contract management activities.
The role involves setting up and attending various meetings taking and distributing accurate and succinct notes of key issues discussed and agreed action points of contract management, as required.
The role requires good organisational skills, accuracy, and the ability to use Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, One note).
The role requires someone able to act as a helpful point of contact for the team and stakeholders.
