Duration: 23 weeks with a possible extension.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive ESOL sessions tailored to learners' starting points and needs

Use a range of adaptive teaching strategies to support diverse learners, including those with additional needs

Integrate speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills within meaningful, real-life contexts

Embed English, digital skills, and employability within teaching

Carry out initial and ongoing assessment to inform teaching and track learner progress

Monitor and record learner achievement in line with organisational requirements

Provide regular, constructive feedback to support learner development

Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

Identify and respond to barriers to learning, referring learners to additional support where needed

Support learners to build confidence, independence, and life skills
