Job Description:

Contract to start ASAP until 20-09-26 with a possible extension.

Responsibilites

Lease and Billing Data Management

Interrogate lease agreements, schedules, and suppor ng documenta on to extract accurate commercial, financial, and key date informa on.

Review, validate, and reconcile billing data against lease terms, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

IWMS Data Input and Maintenance

Input, upload, and maintain lease, asset, and billing data within the Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS).

Ensure data is structured correctly to support repor ng, compliance, and financial controls.

Stakeholder Liaison and Coordina on

Liaise with internal billing, finance, and asset-owning departments to clearly understand what assets are currently invoiced, billing frequencies, and key billing dates.

Act as a key point of contact for communica ng data requirements, clarifying discrepancies, and resolving inconsistencies.

Effec vely communicate the transi on of data and processes into the IWMS, suppor ng stakeholders through change.

Data Analysis and Valida on

Analyse data from mul ple sources (e.g. lease documents, spreadsheets, finance systems, legacy databases) to iden fy gaps, anomalies, and risks.

Compare and cross-reference datasets to ensure alignment between physical assets, leases, and billing arrangements.

Produce clear summaries and insights to support decision-making and system confidence.

Systems and Process Integra on

Work across mul ple systems and data formats to consolidate informa on into the IWMS.

Support the standardisa on of data, naming conven ons, and processes to improve consistency and repor ng.

Contribute to the development and refinement of IWMS data governance and opera onal procedures.

Communica on and Documenta on

Document assump ons, data sources, and methodologies used during lease and billing interroga on.

Provide clear guidance and explana ons to non-technical stakeholders regarding data outcomes and system use.

Support training or knowledge transfer ac vi es as required.

Con nuous Improvement

Iden fy opportuni es to improve data collec on, valida on, and repor ng processes.

Support ongoing op misa on of the IWMS to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and usability.
