Job Purpose
his is an exciting opportunity to join our Community Wellbeing Directorate, supporting a key period of transformation and improvement across the directorate, including adult social care.
As a Delivery and Improvement Officer, you will play a vital role in coordinating delivery of the Community Wellbeing Transformation Strategy.
Working across a range of programmes and projects, you will support planning, governance, reporting and continuous improvement activity.
This role offers the chance to work at pace in a collaborative environment, engaging with senior stakeholders and contributing to meaningful improvements in services that support residents across Herefordshire.
Responsibilities:
Supporting the delivery of transformation programmes and service improvement plans
Coordinating project activity, including governance, reporting, risk management and documentation
Working closely with Senior Responsible Officers to track progress and outcomes
Developing reports, briefings and decision-making documentation
Engaging with stakeholders across services to drive continuous improvement
Supporting workshops, meetings and programme communications
