Job Description:
Contract to start ASAP
Duration: 4 weeks with a possible extension.
Job Purpose
There is a task to move paper files to electronic plus support with general HR and Payroll tasks as required.
Ideally experience working in a confidential area, this role requires ability to move boxes, some of which are in a cellar area and scan to relevant personal folders splitting out and allocating electronic removal dates as required.
IT literate using Word, Excel, Outlook and HR systems.
Responsibilities
Manage complex diaries, appointments, and scheduling for senior staff
Organise meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on actions
Act as a first point of contact, handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally
Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents
Coordinate travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries
Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and confidential information
Support project work and assist with internal communications
Liaise with internal departments, councillors, and external stakeholders
Ensure deadlines are met and priorities are managed effectively
