Duration: 12 weeks with a possible extension.
JOb Purpose
We are seeking a Contract Team Administrator (Electrical) to join our high-profile Housing Services team.
Supporting a portfolio of approximately 10,000 homes, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of essential electrical services across Westminster's housing stock.
This is a varied and hands-on administrative role supporting installation, repair and maintenance programmes, with the opportunity to make a real difference to residents' homes and communities.
Responsibilities
Support the Electrical Team across all service areas, including installation, repairs and maintenance
Raise and manage repair orders and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) remedial works
Ensure timely completion of actions arising from servicing and Fire Risk Assessments (FRA)
Monitor contractor performance and ensure timely submission of documentation
Maintain accurate and organised team records (quotes, RAMS, O&Ms, specifications)
Produce reports, including hotspot repair analysis and compliance reporting
